Regrinding Service
We offer a quality regrinding service on our Circular, Straight & Toothform Knives with the minimum amount of stock removal increasing the life cycle, whilst working within agreed tolerances.
Site Visits
Do you have a more complex need or would like to discuss how we may be able to help in supplying products to improve efficiency? Do you have an issue with a particular application? If so we are more than happy to arrange a site visit with one of our specialists, who will discuss with you all your knife/blade requirements.
Bespoke Blades
While we stock an extensive portfolio of products we understand that sometimes our customers need something bespoke. If you have any special requirements we are more than happy to see if we can help. Simply send a drawing/sample and we will endeavour to supply a quotation.
Materials & Coatings
Our Machine Knives and Industrial Blades are manufactured from a variety of quality materials to suit the application they are required for, these include Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, D2/D3 High Carbon High Chrome Tool Steel, M2 High Speed Steel, Tungsten Carbide.
Our range of High Quality materials are complimented by a range of coatings including Titanium Nitride (TiN) , Ceramic and Teflon (Xylan)

ABOUT US
Knife Tech Limited was incorporated in 2008 by Managing Director Chris Proctor who is one of the most experienced in the industry, in 1980 after completing his engineering apprenticeship and two years as a machine tool sales engineer he joined a Sheffield Industrial Blade manufacturer, after 28 years in the industry during which time he worked for two other Machine Knife and Industrial Blade manufacturers he formed Knife Tech Limited, working in a traditional Sheffield industry for so long is something he is proud of after all his father worked in the Sheffield cutlery industry from the age of fourteen to sixtyfive, the only break being to do his national service. Located in the steel city of Sheffiled. Knife Tech is a family owned company that takes pride in the level of service we offer to our customers both long standing and new.
